Russell Brand Files For Divorce From Katy Perry

We were just getting our hopes up that things were going strong, but looks like all the rumors were true.
Russell Brand has filed for divorce from Katy Perry, citing "irreconcilable differences."

Russell released the following statement:
"Sadly, Katy and I are ending our marriage. I'll always adore her and I know we'll remain friends."

It seems that Russell may have even blindsided Katy filing the petition.
So, so sad! This breaks our hearts!! We were really pulling for you guys.
Is this what we have in store for 2012??

Or maybe Russell ditched Katy once he knew Sinead O' Connor was back on the market :lol:
