PerezHilton.com has learned that former Destiny's Child singer Kelly Rowland has officially signed on to join the judges panel of the UK X Factor for its eighth season!

We wonder what this will mean for Cheryl Cole's potential return to the show now that US isn't working out!
Gonna be a bumpy few days, we imagine!

PS they should bring back Cheryl! The rare occasion i did watch it, it was purely just to look at her!!
