New tapatalk plugin added

Ye its pretty cool. Its basically just a few files that are uploaded to the server, that interlink with the existing board software, as long as no customisations have been done to it. Then you get the app and it works perfect for all sites that have them files uploaded. Pretty smart idea, and I'm surprised nobody has thought of it before! Saves on making an entirely new site/skin just for mobiles!

I had forgotten about this. It seems the new version allows you to get push notifications, which is cool.
I've updated anyway.
