There was a feminist rally taking place, called The Slutwalk, and as it passed a certain point, this guy climbed up the side of the street, and flashed the whole crowd of feminists, and basically pissing them off in the process. As would be expected, mayhem ensued and he got chased by a big group of people, looking to smash his face in. He managed to get away, but apparently got arrested for indecent exposure.
Watch the video below. Whatever your opinion of what he was doing, one or two of the feminists didn't exactly come out of this in the best light, and just looked like absolute crazy people, especially that woman at the top that starts wildly swinging something around!
