ye i already applied for the transcripts over a week ago. gonna ring them again to make sure my request went through. apparently they're a bit crap like that! :p

How come u dont qualify for the grant? if u go to dublin you'll be living independantly and can claim the living away from home allowance. also, are u over 23? if so, ur a mature student so if ur living away from home u can do as im doing and say ur an independant mature student, thus getting means tested on only urself and not ur parents. ;)

Yeah I might try that but I'm 22!!! Considering the masters I want is 15,500 I think I'd need some assistance paying for that :o :(

When are u 23? Actually, I remember ur birthday was up on here recently! Lucky for you there was a new category brought out recently - Non-mature independant. Look into it anyway. You may not get it coz its a masters tho. Think its only up to Bachelors level.

Sure why dont ya try get lotsa ppl on here? The more ppl i get, the more i get from ads, and if i get lots i'll sponsor ya!! ;)

Lol taxi driver in dublin few weeks ago was going on about the lack of tourism, made me laugh. Sandwich and a Coke €7.90 ... might be the reason why people don't want to spend their holidays there now when you can fly somewhere warm for half the price!

Ye true, Dublin apparently is still at "Celtic Tiger" prices, even through the GED. Greedy fookers.

Funny you should mention taxi drivers, they're the greediest gits of them all! They go on strike every 2 weeks for more money. But sure they've no qualifications! Amroks here is doing a masters and earning her future wages through study and hard work, where taxi drivers get a driving licence, a TomTom and expect similar wages as a degree graduate. WTF?? :?
